1. 简介 · Introduction

中文：GagaRun（"本应用"）重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们在提供搜索、解析第三方歌单、匹配与播放音乐、节拍与跑步辅助、以及订阅服务时如何处理信息。开发者为个人，不公开姓名；隐私联系邮箱：[email protected]。我们力求尽量在本地完成处理，不建立自有后台数据库。
English: GagaRun (the "App") cares about your privacy. This Policy describes how we handle information while providing features such as playlist link parsing, Apple Music integration, BPM analysis, playback, and subscriptions. The developer is an individual and does not disclose their legal name. Privacy contact: [email protected]. We strive to process data locally and do not operate our own backend database.

2. 我们处理的信息 · Information We Process

• 本地数据（保存在您的设备）：
  • 曲目与队列相关：Track（包含 id、title、artist、bpm、confidence、source、addedAt）、Bucket、ImportJob、RecentRun 等模型数据；
  • 偏好设置：UserPrefs（例如默认训练时长、BPM 容差、节拍器音量、触感强度、是否启用链接解析、可选的头像图像数据）；
  • 播放状态与进度（实时内存数据，不会上传）；
  • 日志：仅用于调试的本地系统日志（os.Logger），不接入第三方分析。
• 系统与第三方接口必需信息（仅为提供功能而临时使用）：
  • Apple Music / MusicKit：基于您的授权访问 Apple Music 资料库与目录；可能在设备上请求或短期持有 Apple 提供的 Developer Token 与 Music-User-Token，以调用 Apple 接口（不上传至我们服务器）。
  • Spotify：通过 Cloudflare Workers 使用应用级 client_credentials 获取访问令牌，令牌与个人无关，仅用于解析公开歌单内容。
  • 网易云音乐、QQ 音乐：为解析分享链接与歌单，App 直接请求其公开网页/接口以读取曲目信息。
  • RevenueCat（如启用订阅）：用于展示商品、购买/恢复与获取权益（entitlements）。SDK 可能处理与订阅相关的必要元数据（如 appUserID、交易信息的衍生指标等）。 English:
• On-device data (stored on your device):
  • Library and queue: models such as Track, Bucket, ImportJob, RecentRun (e.g., id, title, artist, bpm, confidence, source, addedAt);
  • Preferences: UserPrefs (e.g., default duration, BPM tolerance, metronome volume, haptic intensity, link parsing toggle, optional avatar image data);
  • Playback state and progress (in-memory only, not uploaded);
  • Logs: local system logs via os.Logger; no third‑party analytics.
• Information required by system/third parties (used only to provide features):
  • Apple Music / MusicKit: Access to your Apple Music library/catalog under your consent; Developer Token and Music‑User‑Token may be requested and used transiently on device to call Apple APIs (not sent to our servers).
  • Spotify: Access tokens obtained via Cloudflare Workers using application-level client_credentials (non user-specific) to read public playlist data.
  • Netease Cloud Music and QQ Music: Public web/API endpoints may be queried to parse shared links/playlists.
  • RevenueCat (if subscriptions are enabled): Presents offerings, handles purchases/restores and entitlements. The SDK may process necessary subscription metadata (e.g., appUserID, derived transaction info).

我们不请求也不使用麦克风、相机、通讯录、定位等与本功能无关的敏感权限。
We do not request or use microphone, camera, contacts, or location permissions unrelated to the App’s functionality.

3. 处理目的 · Purposes of Processing

中文：为实现（a）第三方歌单解析与曲目匹配，（b）Apple Music 搜索、播放与元数据展示，（c）本地 BPM 分析与跑步辅助，（d）订阅购买与权益校验，（e）提升稳定性与安全性（本地日志）。
English: To provide (a) playlist parsing and track matching, (b) Apple Music search/playback/metadata, (c) local BPM analysis and running assistance, (d) subscription purchase and entitlement checks, and (e) stability and security (local logs).

4. 数据共享与第三方 · Sharing and Third Parties

中文：我们不出售您的个人信息。仅在为实现功能所必需的情形下与以下第三方交互，并受其各自条款与隐私政策约束：

• Apple（MusicKit / Apple Music API）：Apple Privacy Policy
• Spotify（Web API，经 Cloudflare Workers 间接访问）：Spotify Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat（订阅）：RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare（Workers/网络层）：Cloudflare Privacy Policy

5. 国际/跨境传输 · International Transfers

中文：我们力求本地处理，不搭建自有服务器。因集成 Apple、Spotify、RevenueCat 与 Cloudflare 等服务，可能发生向境外（包括但不限于美国）的必要数据传输（例如网络请求的 IP、UA、时间戳由其基础设施记录）。如法律或监管要求，我们将在必要时补充说明适用的跨境传输机制。
English: We aim for on-device processing and do not run our own servers. Due to integrations with Apple, Spotify, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare, necessary international transfers (e.g., IP/UA/timestamps logged by their infrastructure) may occur, including to the United States. If required by applicable laws, we will supplement details of the transfer mechanisms.

6. 保留期限 · Retention

中文：

• 本地数据：保留于您的设备，直至您在应用内清除（如提供）或卸载应用为止。
• 第三方：由各第三方依据其政策确定保留期限（我们不控制其服务器侧日志/记录）。 English:
• On-device: retained on your device until you clear it (if available) or uninstall the App.
• Third parties: retention is determined by their own policies; we do not control their server-side logs.

7. 安全性 · Security

中文：我们采用合理的技术与组织措施（依赖 iOS 安全机制、最小化外发请求）。但互联网传输并非绝对安全，风险无法被完全消除。
English: We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures (leveraging iOS security and minimizing outbound requests). However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. 您的权利 · Your Rights

中文：在适用法律允许范围内，您可通过邮箱 [email protected] 提出访问、更正、删除、撤回授权或数据可携带请求；我们将在收到请求后 15 个工作日内予以回复。涉及由第三方（如 RevenueCat/Apple）处理或保存的数据，我们将协助转达或告知您可行路径。
English: Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or data portability by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 15 business days. For data processed or stored by third parties (e.g., RevenueCat/Apple), we will help relay or guide you through feasible paths.

9. 未成年人 · Children

中文：本应用的内容评级为 4+。我们不会主动收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如监护人认为我们在未获同意情况下收集了儿童信息，请通过邮箱与我们联系以删除相关数据。
English: The App is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a guardian believes we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to delete it.

10. 订阅与计费 · Subscriptions and Billing

中文：订阅由 Apple App Store 提供与管理，计费、续订、取消与退款以 App Store 规则为准。我们不直接处理您的支付信息。
English: Subscriptions are provided and managed by Apple’s App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by App Store rules. We do not process your payment information directly.

11. 政策变更 · Changes to this Policy

中文：我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用更新或其他合适方式提示。更新后继续使用即表示您接受修订内容。
English: We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via app updates or other appropriate means. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
